Attention Fort Thomas Elementary and Mount Turnbull Elementary bantam basketball parents. Bantam players will have practice on Friday, December 12th. They will be picked up at 1:40 at Stanley Hall and dropped off at their home after practice. Just a reminder that for safety reasons students are not allowed to get off the bus anywhere else but their home. December 13th are their first games. Students will be picked up at Stanley Hall at 6:40. They will be dropped off at their homes after games. The game schedule is as follows:
Girls:
8:00 in the Old Pima Gym- Fort Thomas 2 vs. Fort Thomas 1
9:00 in Pima Jr. High Gym- McBiles vs. Fort Thomas 2
Boys:
8:00 Pima Old Gym-Nelson/Richardson vs. Fort Thomas 1
9:00 Pima Old Gym- Fort Thomas 2 vs. Nelson/Richardson

Thanks to our Veterans!

NO SCHOOL Tuesday, November 11th for Veterans Day
MTE- Showing up Matters!
Preschool/First Grade/Sixth Grade
In the last month, we have had multiple grade levels earn snow cones with many classes having amazing attendance :) Way to go!
MTE Second Grade
-2nd Graders learned about informational texts and all students got to be mini authors creating instructional pieces of writing on "How to Make Pumpkin Pie"
...afterwards they got to make their own pumpkin pies in cups for a yummy treat
-We love our place value songs when working in math
-Since the whole school decreased the amount of bus and recess problems, our class really enjoyed earning an opportunity to "trick or treat" on the way to the buses & see costumes around campus
